Contract | 12-Hour Rotating Days/Nights | Expected 72 hours biweekly | 8-Week Assignment | Estimated Start: February 1
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical ICU float capacity, covering multiple critical care units as needed
- Deliver high-acuity nursing care to critically ill patients in a Level 1 Trauma environment
- Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition, implementing appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and execute individualized patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts (MA) Registered Nurse license required at time of submission
- CPR certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
- ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
- Level 1 Trauma experience required

- Experience in a float or multi-unit ICU role
- Familiarity with high-volume academic or teaching hospital environments
- Strong adaptability and ability to acclimate quickly to varying unit protocols
