Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 3 x 12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week | Day/Night Rotating
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a NICU setting across both day and night shifts
- Adhere to a rotating schedule including a minimum of 48 hours of night shift per 4-week period
- Fulfill weekend requirements of 48 hours of Saturday/Sunday time per 4-week period
- Cover 24 hours of Friday time per 4-week period
- Work every other holiday during the contract period
- May be pulled to PICU or assigned to 1:1 patient sitting as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required
- Ability to work both day shifts (0700–1930) and night shifts (1900–0730)
- Flexibility to rotate between days and nights with no exceptions to shift structure
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a PICU or similar high-acuity pediatric environment
- Comfort with 1:1 patient care assignments
