Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts (7PM–7AM) | Float Position | Expected 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit during 12-hour night shifts
- Float across designated units as needed to support staffing requirements
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Epic EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a Medical-Surgical or Telemetry setting
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Epic EMR experience required

- Experience in a float pool or multi-unit nursing role
- Strong telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to varying unit environments and patient populations
