Registered Nurse – ICU / Telemetry (Resource Center)

Pomona, CA | Acute Care Hospital
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in ICU and Telemetry units as part of a Resource Center float pool
- Float to any ICU or Telemetry unit based on facility census and staffing needs
- Utilize Cerner for all clinical documentation and charting
- Maintain compliance with facility dress code, infection control standards, and unit-specific protocols
- Complete orientation modules as required prior to independent practice on unit
Required Qualifications
- Active, valid RN license for the state of California (no pending licenses accepted)
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required at time of submission
- Minimum 2 years of ICU or Telemetry nursing experience
- Willingness to float across ICU and Telemetry units as needed
- Weekend availability required
- Local candidates are welcome and accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a Magnet-designated, teaching, or Level II Trauma Center environment
- Familiarity with Cerner electronic health records system
- Experience working in a float pool or resource center capacity
