Kremmling, CO | Critical Access Hospital (Emergency Department)
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Nights | 3 x 12-hour shifts per week plus 2 on-call shifts | Holiday and on-call coverage required
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and coordinate patient care from admission to discharge in the Emergency Department
- Utilize accepted standards and protocols to guide clinical decision-making and patient management
- Drive achievement of patient outcomes through implementation of clinical pathways
- Provide coverage across two facility locations as assigned
- Participate in holiday rotation and respond to on-call requirements as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or equivalent certification required
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification required
- All time-off requests must be disclosed during the interview process
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) setting strongly preferred
- Experience working in a Trauma Level IV environment
- Comfort working across multiple facility locations
