Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts (7PM–7AM) | Float Position | Expected 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
- Float across designated units as needed to support staffing requirements
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Epic EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Massachusetts or compact equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical-Surgical or Telemetry nursing
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Ability to float across units as assigned

- Experience in a fast-paced acute care hospital environment
- Strong telemetry monitoring and interpretation skills
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in float or multi-unit roles
