Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Full-Time | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 3x12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit during night shift hours
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor and document patient condition, progress, and response to care throughout the shift
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — must be valid and in good standing
- Arizona RN licensure or multistate compact license accepted
- Prior experience in a Medical Surgical nursing setting
- Current BLS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital or similar acute care environment
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
