Contract | Rotating Days/Nights | 12-Hour Shifts | Expected 48 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical Telemetry setting across multiple units as part of a float pool
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Maintain proficiency in EPIC electronic health records system for documentation and patient management
- Participate in weekly unit orientations as required for float pool assignments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts or compact eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN experience
- Strong telemetry monitoring and interpretation skills required
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system required

- Experience working in a float pool or multi-unit environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to varying unit workflows and patient populations
