Contract | 12-Hour Rotating Days/Nights | Expected 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical ICU float capacity across applicable units
- Deliver high-acuity nursing care consistent with Level 1 Trauma standards and protocols
- Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients in an intensive care setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Adhere to facility orientation requirements and scheduling policies, including submitting all time-off requests at the time of submission
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts (MA) Registered Nurse license
- CPR certification – American Heart Association (AHA)
- ACLS certification – American Heart Association (AHA)
- Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
- Level 1 Trauma experience required
- Local candidates are welcome to apply
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a float or multi-unit ICU role
- Familiarity with Medical ICU patient populations and high-acuity care environments
- Strong adaptability and ability to transition between units efficiently
