Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting during night shift hours
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across varying acuity levels
- Document patient information and clinical interventions accurately using Cerner EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective patient outcomes
- Adhere to facility protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid for practice in Arkansas
- ACLS certification required
- BLS certification required
- PALS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department RN experience required
- Cerner EMR experience required
- Must maintain permanent residence at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume or Level I/II trauma Emergency Department
- Strong triage assessment skills and ability to manage multiple patients simultaneously
- Prior travel nursing experience
