Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across the acuity spectrum
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective patient outcomes
- Document patient information and clinical interventions accurately using EPIC EMR (required)
- Adhere to facility dress code, including Navy Blue Scrubs (required)
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of New York
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Must meet travel candidate eligibility requirements; candidates from certain local counties are not eligible for this position
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume or academic medical center Emergency Department
- Strong triage assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and workflows
