- Mon - Thurs, 8 am - 5 pm -- outpatient only with infusion oversight
- 4 days/week preferred -- will accept 3 days/week
- 15 - 20 patients per day
- No call required
- 60/40 split -- heavier oncology focus
- Outpatient setting
