Registered Nurse, Emergency Room Montebello, California. Supervises assigned nursing staff, coordinates interdisciplinary care, and applies critical thinking and independent judgment in a fast-paced emergency care setting.
Job Details
- Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree; acute care facility experience.
- Schedule: Night shift; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Responsibilities: Collects and analyzes patient data, develops and implements individualized care plans, evaluates patient outcomes, promotes a safe care environment, collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers, provides education, participates in discharge planning, and delegates and coordinates duties among healthcare team members.
