Job Details
- Position Description: Supports the hospital's mission, vision, and values by coordinating daily clinical operations, serving as a clinical resource, and supporting staff development and onboarding activities. Assists with staffing, patient throughput, and regulatory readiness, promoting effective communication among healthcare team members.
- Required Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Oregon; BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; CRASE training if assignment extends beyond six months; Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing; 3 years of nursing experience.
- Schedule: Evening shift, 8-hour days varying from 3 pm to 11:30 pm, 5 days per week, with a minimum of 40 hours weekly.
- Additional Information: Coordinates clinical operations, supports staff development, participates in quality and compliance activities, and may initiate or issue coaching within delegated authority. Ensures compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (required).
