- Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in ICU required, active BLS (American Heart Association preferred, ARC or US Military accepted), active ACLS (American Heart Association preferred, ARC or US Military accepted), active PALS (American Heart Association preferred, ARC or US Military accepted), Iowa state license, Drivers License.
- Orientation dates: 10/26, 11/09
- Clinical settings: Cardiac, Trauma, Neuro
- Certification requirements: BLS, ACLS, PALS from AHA
- Experience: 2 years minimum in ICU preferred, but required experience is 0 years, with a total of 2 years of experience.
- Additional information: First-time travelers are okay. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
- Submission requirements: Must complete Skills Checklist specific to the ICU discipline and a Supervisory Reference Form within the last two years.
