Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit Sioux City. This travel position supports patients requiring intensive care within an interdisciplinary healthcare team. The role provides professional and clinical knowledge in the provision and management of care for cardiac, trauma, and neurological patients.
Job Details
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week; every third weekend.
- Assignment Dates: 11/23/202602/22/2027.
- Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience; active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; active Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; Iowa state licensure; valid drivers license; one supervisory reference form completed within the last two years.
- Preferred Qualifications: Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
- Additional Information: Patient populations include cardiac, trauma, and neurological cases. Holiday coverage requires working two of the following three holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, or New Years Day. One day-off request is permitted between 11/25/2026 and 11/29/2026 and between 12/23/2026 and 12/27/2026.
