Job Details
- Certifications, Education, and Experience: ACLS, AWHONN Advanced, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP; at least 2 years of experience in labor and delivery nursing; valid California state license (pending license not accepted); minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, a minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 11/09/2026 and ending on 05/10/2027.
- Additional Information: Candidates may be required to float to post-partum units. The position involves administering blood and blood products, assisting with cesarean sections, labor management, neonatal resuscitation, and various other obstetrical procedures. Strict adherence to sterile vaginal exams and use of electronic fetal monitoring are required.
- Submission Requirements: Applicants must include responses to questions regarding previous employment at a Providence facility, along with two references covering at least one year, with a minimum of six months for nursing assistants, within the last three years.
