Job Summary
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Nurse Lewisville, TX. This position involves providing specialized nursing care in a dedicated Cardiac Cath Lab within a healthcare facility. The role requires a focus on monitoring, assisting with procedures, and ensuring patient safety and comfort during complex cardiac interventions.
Job Details
- Certifications: ACLS, RCIS, RRT. Education requirements include appropriate nursing licensure and certifications.
- Skill Set: Must have experience as a scrub and ability to monitor patients. EP scrub and monitor experience are preferred.
- Responsibilities: Assist with procedures such as Left Heart Catheters, PCI, Pacemaker and ICD Implants, TEE, Cardioversion, Loop Recorders, EP Studies, and Ablations. Ensure patient safety and comfort during interventions.
- Schedule: Day shift, 9.5 hours per shift, with minimum 38 hours per week. The start date is 11/16/2026, with a rotating schedule that includes weekends and on-call shifts.
- Additional Information: The unit has 1 Cath/EP Lab bed and a staff of 6, including RN and Tech. Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, calmness under pressure, teamwork, compassion, and excellent communication skills. Candidates without the required skills will not be considered.
