The role requires flexibly floating between locations, with an emphasis on delivering quality emergency nursing services in a fast-paced, academic setting.
Job Details
- Position: RN Emergency, ER specialty
- Location: Gainesville, FL (two separate emergency centers)
- Schedule: Evenings, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, variable days of the week, including holidays and weekends
- Required Qualifications: RN licensure with EPIC Florida or compact license, 2-3 years of RN experience with prior travel experience, BLS, PALS or ENPC, ACLS, TNCC preferred, experience in Level 1 or Level 2 trauma centers preferred
- Additional Information: Unplanned time off will result in contract cancellation; no block scheduling; flexibility required to float between facilities; must pass specialty and EKG tests; vaccination for influenza is mandatory with proof of compliance; allergy to eggs is not a valid exemption.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
