- Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN), registered nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor, epic experience, must be able to float between Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units
- Additional Information: Experience in an acute care facility preferred. Responsibilities include collecting relevant data pertinent to the patients health, analyzing assessment data for diagnosis and care planning, developing and implementing care plans, evaluating progress, collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare providers, providing patient education, participating in discharge planning, coordinating duties of healthcare team members, and performing other related duties as assigned.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
