Job Description
The Professional Staff Nurse is a Registered Nurse and an essential member of the care delivery team, responsible for setting standards for the level and quality of nursing care. This role includes managing patient care activities, collaborating with healthcare providers, and ensuring patient outcomes meet established standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform in accordance with system-wide competencies and behaviors.
- Actively participate in department-specific quality improvement efforts and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize research and evidence-based practice to enhance clinical care.
