We are seeking an experienced Events Marketing Manager to serve as a strategic partner in planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end event portfolios. In this role, you will lead cross-functional event operations, oversee key vendor contracts, and ensure high-visibility experiences deliver maximum engagement on time and on budget.Onsite 4x a week in Reading, PA.Responsibilities:Orchestrate end-to-end trade show and event lifecycles using Cvent and CRM platforms to drive attendee engagement and brand visibility.Negotiate vendor contracts and manage event budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and high-ROI project execution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visual design, event messaging, and marketing collateral with core brand standards.Establish project timelines and track critical milestones to deliver seamless, multi-faceted event experiences under tight deadlines.
