- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm -- 8hr shifts, guaranteed 8hrs/day
- 4 - 6 patients per shift
- PACE program -- exclusively serves adults over age 55
- In-clinic and community visits -- home, ALF, SNF settings
- BLS certification required
- Geriatric experience required -- PACE experience preferred
- Ongoing coverage -- minimum 2 weeks per month, up to full time
