Job Summary (List Format):
- Work schedule includes two 8-hour shifts and two 10-hour shifts per week
- 8-hour shifts: 7:00am-3:30pm, 8:00am-4:30pm, or 9:00am-5:30pm
- 10-hour shift: 7:00am-5:30pm
- Total hours: 36 hours/week plus on-call responsibilities
- Required to be on-call: one weekend per 4-week block, plus 2-3 weekdays
- Must be able to arrive within 30 minutes when called in
- One holiday on-call shift required
- Neurointerventional experience is a plus
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications required
- Local candidates must live more than 75 miles away
- First-time travelers are accepted
- Minimum of 1 year of experience required
