Assignment Overview
We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a MedSurg/Tele unit based in Shelby, NC. The ideal candidate will possess at least 18 months of Med/Tele RN experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with patients presenting various cardiac, respiratory, and neurological diagnoses. This role requires a resourceful nurse who is eager to provide high-quality care in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities
- Interpret cardiac rhythms
- Manage non-titrating cardiac drips such as Cardizem and Amiodarone
- Perform general medical/surgical care including management of tubes/drains and wound care
- Initiate IV starts
- Administer blood products
Qualifications
Required:
- 18 months of Med/Tele RN experience
- Licensure & Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- Basic Med/Tele skillset
