Job Summary
Registered Nurse, Cardiac Cath Lab Denton. The registered nurse will provide care in cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, and interventional radiology settings, with responsibilities including circulating during procedures and supporting a 1:1 patient assignment. The position includes day shifts, rotating after-hours and weekend call, and a 48-hour contract.
Job Details
- Schedule: Day shifts, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week; rotating after-hours and weekend call may be required.
- Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; at least 3 years of experience; experience circulating in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in electrophysiology, interventional radiology, or interventional neuro procedures.
- Additional Information: The role supports diagnostic and interventional heart catheterization procedures and interventional radiology. The registered nurse will work in cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, and interventional neuro lab areas, with a typical 1:1 patient ratio. Scrub experience is not required for contract nurses. Rotating call coverage is approximately 50% of the month. Seal blue scrubs are required.
