Assignment Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a full-time position specializing in Med/Surg and EICU care. The ideal candidate will provide professional nursing care, adapting to departmental needs and patient status changes. This role requires a versatile and knowledgeable RN capable of managing patient care plans effectively.

Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing processes throughout patient care.
- Individualize patient care plans based on specific needs.
- Develop and document care plans based on assessments and diagnoses.
- Respond to life-threatening situations following protocols.
- Educate patients/families and address discharge needs.
- Delegate and collaborate with health team members effectively.
- Maintain a safe and aseptic environment for patients.
Qualifications
Required:
- Two-year degree in nursing.
- Wisconsin Registered Nursing license.
- BLS certification (within 1 month of hire).
- ACLS certification (within 6 months of hire).
- Intermediate proficiency with computers.
- Excellent clinical and problem-solving skills.
