Job Details
- Position Description: Unit notes indicate a clinical team will interview candidates, who will then receive offers based on the facility's decision. The unit is a MedSurg/Telemetry floor with 32 beds and patient ratios of 1:4-6. Experience in telemetry is required, along with skills in managing titratable and set rate drips such as Heparin, Blood, and IV fluids.
- Required Qualifications: BLS certification, WA or Compact state license, minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, and a medical-surgical background with telemetry experience.
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The unit manages post-surgical patients with common diagnoses including general, orthopedic, urological, and gynecological cases. The unit employs charge nurses and house supervisors, with off-site monitor techs reading strips that RNs validate and record. All RNs are subject to floating within their scope, and orientation includes 1-2 shifts during onboarding.
