Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 1-2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and rapid assessment abilities
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care to critically ill individuals
- Monitor and assess patient progress, responding swiftly to changes in condition

- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and prognosis
