We are seeking a skilled Anesthesiology Physician for a 96-day assignment in Tennessee. The schedule involves 4x10 shifts with possible scheduled beeper call one weekend per month, including post-call time off. This role focuses on providing medical direction and requires proficiency in nerve blocks and spinal anesthesia.Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide medical direction.
- Perform nerve block procedures.
- Administer spinal anesthesia.
- Manage a diverse range of cases including Endo/GI, Orthopedics, General, OB (Labor/Delivery), Opthamology, Cardiology, Gynecology, Neuro/Spine, ENT, Urology, Vascular, Thoracic, Radiology, and Cosmetic.
Additional Information- Board Certification: Anesthesiology
- EMR: Meditech EHR, with Anesthesia: Medaxion
- Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Setting: Inpatient
- Call Schedule: Inhouse call, with possible scheduled beeper call one weekend per month (Friday-Sunday, 7 PM - 7 AM), followed by post-call time off.
- Patients per Day: 5 to 15
