We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for a 20-day assignment in Iowa. This role involves ongoing locum coverage, typically three 24-hour shifts per month, providing in-house care for an average of four emergency department patients daily. Duties include suturing, wound care, incision and draining, and splinting.Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide in-house emergency department coverage, with a dedicated provider sleep room available.
- Manage an average of four emergency department patients per day.
- Perform emergency medicine duties including suturing, wound care, incision and draining, and splinting.
Additional Information- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine

- Staffing Mix: 4 Advanced Practice Providers, 2 RNs for all services, 1 CNA per provider
