- Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm, no call
- 16 - 20 patients per day
- Outpatient geriatric primary care setting
- Well-visits, preventative care, chronic disease management, immunizations
- Board certification required
- 3+ months of locums coverage
- Hospital privileges required
