- One evening shift weekly 11 am - 9 pm
- One Saturday or Sunday monthly
- Average 20-24 patients per 8-hour shift
- Primary care including pediatric adult and women's health
- Office-based procedures required
- Primarily Spanish-speaking farm-working families
