PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE - Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

- Credentialing Timeline: 60-90 days
JOB REQUIREMENTS - Licenses: Active MN license required; Universal License (IMLC) accepted
- Board: Board Certified PA or NP
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS
- Experience: Experience in benign and malignant hematology required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide inpatient hematology/oncology care to patients of all ages
- Manage benign and malignant hematology conditions
- Work day shifts, Monday through Friday, 8a – 4:30p
- Collaborate with attending physicians and APPs on the inpatient service
- No on-call or weekend responsibilities
