Join our MedSurg/Tele team in Winston-Salem, NC, where you'll be providing care in a Level 1 Trauma, academic medical center setting. This opportunity is ideal for RNs with at least one year of Med/Tele experience, who are skilled in managing a variety of medical-surgical patients.

Responsibilities
- Interpret cardiac rhythms and manage PCA pumps
- Handle surgical drains and wound care
- Manage TR bands and specific drips: Cardizem, Nitro, Amio
- Assist with hotline support within the department as needed
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 1 year Med/Tele experience
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Skills in cardiac rhythm interpretation, PCA pump management, and various surgical procedures
Preferred:
- Travel experience preferred
