Registered Nurse - MedSurg / Telemetry
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in MedSurg and Telemetry to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of patient conditions and will play a crucial role in the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments and document changes in condition.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and treatments.
- Manage patient flow and prioritize care needs effectively.
- May float to additional locations as needed within the region.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in New Hampshire or a compact state.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in MedSurg Acute Care.
- Demonstrated experience in a travel nursing capacity.
- Familiarity with EMR systems; Cerner experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Current skills checklist relevant to specialty.
Additional Information
Please include request time off (RTO) when applying. Candidates may be required to float to multiple locations within the region on an emergency basis.
