Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract position in Telemetry/Emergency Department Hold. The role involves providing high-quality care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety, and collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patient conditions in a telemetry unit and emergency department.
- Implement nursing interventions based on patient needs and physician orders.
- Document patient assessments, care plans, and treatments accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Experience in a telemetry or emergency department setting is strongly desired.
- Strong critical thinking and clinical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments.
Contract Details
