Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned ICU/CCU patients on a per-shift basis
- Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated
- Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
- Monitor and maintain competency of clinical staff under supervision
- Manage resources appropriately as they relate to patient care delivery
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona or a compact state license
- ICU or CCU clinical experience
- Ability to work night shift
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a telemetry or critical care environment
- Familiarity with patient ratios in a high-acuity setting (nights expected at 5:1 on telemetry)
- Experience supporting or working alongside orthopedic, sports medicine, or rehabilitation patient populations
