Local BR differs!Required:-CA RN-BLS, ACLS, PALS-EPIC experience*Requires 2 years recent clinical experience in critical care or PACU in an acute care setting of similar size and complexity to facility.Minimum 2 years' experience with airway managementExperience with central lines and post procedure care as obtained in a critical care/PACU environmentDemonstrates in depth knowledge of nursing process in addressing physical, psychosocial, and psychological needs of patients.Additional Role Expectations:Provide close monitoring and timely interventions for critically ill patients, recognizing and escalating changes in condition. Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team and follow applicable unit protocols.Candidates should be prepared to collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, maintain professional communication, and follow all applicable patient-safety, infection-prevention, and documentation standards.
