Blow Molder Operator
The Blow Molder Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating blow molding machines to produce plastic containers or parts according to specifications. This role requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Set up Assemble components using hand tools and fasteners such as screws, bolts, clips, and rivets
Load raw materials into the machine and ensure proper feeding
Run blow molding machines according to product specifications and production schedules
Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and quality production
Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain production efficiency and product quality
Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts
Troubleshoot issues with machinery and perform repairs as necessary
Inspect finished products for quality defects and ensure they meet customer specifications
Keep accurate records of production output, downtime, and maintenance activities
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
Qualifications:
Previous experience in assembly or a related field preferred
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Benefits/Compensation
Full Time
Pay Rate is $12 per hour
Shift: Monday-Thursday 6AM-4:30PM
