Job Summary
Registered Nurse, Telemetry, Lodi. This position delivers coordinated nursing care to individual patients or assigned patient groups while applying the nursing process and established standards of care. The Registered Nurse also coordinates interdisciplinary care, supervises assigned nursing staff, and uses critical thinking and independent judgment to promote safe, effective patient outcomes.
Job Details
- Required Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); acute care facility experience.
- Schedule: Night shifts are 12 hours, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing patient data, developing and implementing individualized care plans, evaluating patient progress, coordinating care with patients, families, and healthcare providers, providing health education, participating in discharge planning, and appropriately delegating duties to members of the healthcare team. Required vaccinations may apply as a condition of employment, with medical and religious exemptions considered where applicable.
