The organization is seeking a Medical Surgical (MS) Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in a 352-bed healthcare facility. The role involves providing general medical care, post-operative supervision, and monitoring patients remotely with telehealth technology, supporting a unit that handles general medicine, bariatrics, oncology, and surgical cases.

- Shift: Nights, 7 p.m. 7 a.m., every other week and every other weekend
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN licensure, 1-2 years of Med Surg experience, at least 1 year of recent travel experience, telemedicine experience, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, Cerner Electronic Medical Record (EMR) proficiency, and recent relevant clinical experience
- Additional information: The nurse will be responsible for general medical administration, patient care, and remote telemetry monitoring under supervision, with patient ratios of 1:6 or 1:7 during surges. Coverage includes general Med Surg, post-op surgical care, bariatrics, and oncology. The facility size and patient volume indicate a busy, dynamic environment.
