Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 26-week contract assignment in Barre, Vermont.
This opportunity is ideal for a compassionate, patient-focused RN with home health, hospice, or care management experience who is committed to delivering high-quality care in patients' homes.
Position Details:
Location: Barre, VT
Specialty: Nursing – Home Health / Hospice

Shift: Days, Monday–Friday
Contract Duration: 26 weeks
Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed hours
Experience: At least 1 year of nursing experience

Mileage Reimbursement: IRS rate for travel between patients; commuting mileage is excluded
