Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab setting within a full-service acute care hospital
- Assist with cardiac catheterization procedures, including minimally invasive and diagnostic interventions
- Monitor and assess patient status before, during, and after cardiac procedures
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
- Adhere to all applicable regulatory, safety, and infection control protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license valid in the state of Florida (or compact license eligibility)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab nursing
- Current BLS certification required
- Travel nursing status required for this assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in an acute care or hospital-based Cardiac Cath Lab environment
- Familiarity with EP (Electrophysiology) procedures in addition to cardiac catheterization
- Strong ability to adapt quickly to new facility workflows and team dynamics
