Job Details
- Position: Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) nurse
- Location: In a healthcare facility's medical-surgical unit
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting 11/16/2026 and ending 02/13/2027
- Required Qualifications: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications. Documented experience in medical and telemetry nursing, with knowledge of hospital-acquired delirium prevention, early mobility, HAPI (Hospital-Acquired Pressure Injury) prevention, and falls prevention
- Additional Job Responsibilities: Managing trauma patients, administering medications including heparin drips and acute medications, and communicating effectively with family members. Experience with specialty equipment such as gait belts, geriatric chairs, and physical therapy equipment is preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with hospital electronic medical records system (EPIC or equivalent) is required.
