Position: Emergency Department RN, full-time, 48 hours per week (4x12)
Contract: 12 Weeks
Please note: This role requires previous travel ER experience. We can’t place first-time travelers.
Schedule
- 4x12-hour shifts, 48 hours per week
- Rotating day/evening/night schedule [confirm shift times and how rotation is assigned]
- Weekends, holidays, floating, and charge as the unit needs
- No on-call required at 48 hours per week
About the unit
Work in a fast-paced adult ED that sees more than 100,000 visits a year and is one of the busiest trauma centers in the country. It’s the only Level I trauma hospital in the area, so you’ll care for a diverse patient population with a wide range of acuity, and you’ll help care for boarder patients.
Requirements
- NY RN license (NY only)
- 2+ years of ED experience
- Previous travel ER experience
- Telemetry experience
- BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association (AHA only)
- NIHSS certification
