Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the emergency department.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient treatment.
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
Qualifications
- Current and valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an emergency room setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
