Job Summary
Interventional Radiology (IR) Nurse Miami, FL. This role involves providing specialized nursing care in a high-level IR unit, performing a broad range of interventional radiology procedures, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced, trauma Level 1 facility. The position is scheduled for dayshift, 10-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Job Details
- Position requires Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license, ACLS, and BLS certifications. Experience in IR procedures, neuro-interventional procedures, and high-level communication skills are preferred.
- Schedule: Days, 10-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Responsibilities include assisting with the full scope of interventional radiology procedures such as TAVR, Mitra Clip, carotid stenting, peripheral arterial cases, lumbar punctures, drains, ports, DSA, neurology procedures, and carotid stent placements.
- Must arrive in less than 30 minutes when called in for call shifts, with 7 shifts per month.
- Additional preferences include previous travel experience, adaptability to fast-paced environments, and ability to function independently.
