- Provide compassionate, quality nursing care to patients in a correctional healthcare setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Conduct nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions for changes requiring intervention.
- Assist with sick calls, chronic care management, and other patient healthcare needs.
- Respond to medical concerns and emergencies according to established protocols.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential medical documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to promote patient safety and continuity of care.
- Follow established clinical protocols, facility procedures, and applicable nursing standards.
