Job Summary
Registered Nurse, Operating Room. This position provides perioperative nursing care in an operating room setting, including circulating and scrubbing responsibilities. The role is scheduled for evening shifts and requires current licensure and applicable life support certifications.
Job Details
- Required Qualifications: At least 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years; graduate of an accredited nursing program; active Registered Nurse license in the state where care is provided; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing or a related field; current enrollment in or plans to pursue a bachelors degree in nursing or a related field; three to five years of operating room circulating and scrubbing experience; Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification; preoperative area skills; intravenous (IV) start skills.
- Schedule: Evening shift, 8-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
